Every FlagPillows.com product is made to order once your purchase is confirmed. Because each pillow is custom printed specifically for you, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Processing Time
Our products typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
During holidays or periods of high demand, production may take a little longer.
Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–20 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.

Because every pillow is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Incorrect flag selection submitted by the customer
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Personal preference
- Custom personalized products

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:

- Misprinted

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Claims for lost shipments should be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
